Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development, planning and execution of the company's marketing strategy. This role ensures that all online and offline marketing activities align with the brand identity and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual and monthly marketing strategy and plan.
• Plan, launch and manage promotional campaigns across channels.
• Oversee digital channels, including the website and social media platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and produce regular reports.
• Manage the marketing budget to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product and management teams.
• Organise events and promotional activities.
• Identify new opportunities for sales growth and market expansion.
• Stay up‑to‑date with marketing trends and propose innovative initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
