Brand Image & Executive Communications Manager

About the role

The Brand Image & Executive Communications Manager will shape how Growin and its senior leaders are presented, communicated and positioned in the public arena. This role combines brand stewardship, personal branding strategy and high‑level corporate storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Growin’s overall brand image and premium positioning.
• Design and execute personal branding strategies for senior executives.
• Plan, create and coordinate content such as posts, articles, presentations and professional communications.
• Ensure consistent tone of voice, storytelling and verbal identity across all channels.
• Identify relevant public moments and topics for brand and executive visibility.
• Build and nurture relationships with partners, clients and strategic contacts.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce visual assets, photos, videos and brand‑aligned content.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management, PR, communications or related fields.
• Exceptional writing and professional communication abilities.
• Developed aesthetic sense and strong attention to detail.
• Organized, proactive, discreet and comfortable interacting with senior leaders and external partners.
• Ability to turn daily company activities into compelling stories.
• Initiative‑driven, capable of proposing ideas as well as executing tasks.
• Excellent command of English.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
