Area Visual Merchandiser

About the role

The Area Visual Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that visual standards defined by headquarters are fully implemented across stores in the assigned region. This role trains store personnel, coordinates visual material procurement, and leads store visual merchandisers to maintain a consistent brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Train store sales staff and visual merchandisers on visual standards and act as a team leader.
• Control visual implementations in stores, conduct regular store visits, and complete check‑lists with store managers.
• Organise procurement of printed and visual materials required for research and development.
• Coordinate product replacement processes and prepare stores for openings.
• Prepare weekly work schedules, obtain approvals from Country Manager and International VM & Communication Director, and submit reports.
• Identify and address deficiencies, report issues, and provide feedback on implementation challenges.
• Define required visual assets (e.g., hangers, posters, fixtures) and secure approvals and supply.
• Develop improvement projects to increase operational efficiency and contribute to corporate visual merchandising guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in visual merchandising or retail store presentation.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with senior management.
• Ability to travel regularly to multiple store locations.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on quality standards.
