Affiliate Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated, results‑driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and manage AIRNEX's affiliate program. You’ll oversee the entire affiliate lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding partners to driving measurable conversions and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand AIRNEX affiliate programmes on Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, and affiliate networks.
• Work on long‑term strategy and KPIs together with the Marketing Manager.
• Launch campaigns, promotions, and incentive programmes to increase affiliate engagement and revenue.
• Prospect, reach out, and recruit potential affiliates and influencers.
• Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure consistent growth in qualified leads and conversions.
• Build strong relationships through consistent communication, responding to all affiliate inquiries within 24 hours.
• Provide weekly performance reports, analyse results, and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing and building e‑commerce affiliate programmes.
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, revenue‑share and other performance‑based models.
• Deep knowledge of Amazon Affiliate Network (Amazon Creator Connections, Amazon Associates, etc.).
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop and its affiliate programme.
• Experience with affiliate networks such as Commission Junction (CJ Affiliate).
• Analytical skills to filter raw data, spot trends and derive actionable insights.
• Available full‑time with no concurrent freelance or external jobs.
• Near‑native English verbal and written communication skills.
• Impeccable work ethic and professional attitude.
