Marketing Specialist

About the role

EPPC Albania is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join its outsourcing services team supporting the Dompé Albania client. The role focuses on operational support for global marketing campaigns, material management, and cross‑functional coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support for the implementation of global marketing campaigns, monitoring timelines and ensuring timely delivery of all materials.
• Manage production, ordering, and distribution of promotional materials such as brochures, digital assets, POS items, and track inventory levels.
• Act as the operational point of contact with creative agencies, media agencies, and suppliers, following up on requests and deliverables.
• Support the preparation of operational briefs and monitor agency deliverables under internal guidance.
• Maintain marketing calendars, project tracking tools, purchase orders and budget tracking files.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for marketing events, trade fairs, product launches and internal events, coordinating vendors and on‑site assistance.
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and manage internal approval workflows.
• Collect and organize marketing data, support performance tracking and provide regular updates to the Marketing Operational Coordinator.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
