Marketing & Growth Specialist (UK market focus)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, commercially‑minded Marketing & Growth Specialist to join our Tirana office and work closely with a key UK technology client. The role is hands‑on, with direct responsibility for day‑to‑day marketing, lead generation and growth activities that drive the company’s presence in the UK market.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns, content, events and key activities are planned and delivered.
• Maintain and continuously improve the company website, keeping content, messaging, services, case studies and news up‑to‑date.
• Plan and execute multi‑channel marketing and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Research target companies, prospects and decision‑makers to build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Manage lead‑generation activity and keep CRM data accurate.
• Identify and coordinate participation in relevant UK and international industry events, conferences, awards, partnerships and sponsorships.
• Develop and manage the company’s LinkedIn presence.
• Create marketing content, presentations, sales collateral, case studies and other commercial materials.
• Monitor competitors, industry developments and market trends to proactively identify opportunities.
• Track marketing and lead‑generation performance and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in B2B marketing, growth or lead generation, preferably managing activities independently.
• Strong background in digital campaigns, website content management and social media.
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing/digital tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Commercial mindset with an understanding of how marketing contributes to pipeline and revenue.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple priorities from idea to completion.
• Genuine interest in AI and modern technology‑driven ways of working.
