About the role
We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join our team at our office in Tirana. You will work on international markets and collaborate with a dynamic, experienced team.
Key responsibilities
- Build, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display and YouTube.
- Conduct keyword research, test ads and landing pages.
- Analyse data to reduce cost per lead.
- Report results and propose next steps.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with Google Ads.
- Good English communication skills.
- Analytical mindset focused on results rather than clicks.
