Sales Manager - Western Balkans

About the role

Dekoll sh.p.k., a leading regional producer of construction materials such as plaster, waterproofing, thermal insulation systems, paints and polystyrene products, is hiring a Sales Manager for the Western Balkans region (Croatia, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo). The role develops the sales network and increases the products' market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the client network in the region
• Identify new clients and build long-term relationships
• Manage and follow up with existing clients
• Promote and sell the company's products
• Negotiate offers and business terms with clients
• Monitor the market and competition in the region
• Meet sales targets and report regularly to the company
• Prepare reports and plan future objectives

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the building materials sector
• Willingness to travel within the covered region
• Category B driving licence

Required skills

• Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to build lasting client relationships
• Organizational skills and results-oriented mindset
• Basic computer knowledge
