Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the company’s sales efforts in Durres, Albania, driving revenue growth through proactive outreach, strategic planning, and strong client relationships. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to senior leadership and collaborates closely with internal teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B market.
• Lead sales meetings, prepare and present proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor sales performance, produce regular forecasts and reports for leadership.
• Coach and develop sales team members, managing performance and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure sales initiatives support company goals.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and ensure timely documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management, business development or account management, preferably B2B.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, analyse market trends and make data‑driven decisions.
• Leadership experience with team coaching, performance management and inclusive culture promotion.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with a focus on meeting targets.
• Fluency in Albanian and good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
