About the role
Durrës Yachts & Marina is seeking motivated professionals for a range of sales, leasing, retail and customer‑experience positions within a flagship waterfront development.
Key responsibilities
- Represent premium real‑estate offerings, build client relationships and guide buyers (Property Advisors).
- Handle sales documentation, lead management and reporting (Sales Admin).
- Acquire tenants, negotiate leases and manage retailer relations (Leasing & Retail Executives).
- Provide reception services, guest relations and visitor coordination (Front Desk Executives & Hostesses).
- Coordinate property handovers, inspections and customer communication (Handover Executive).
- Develop brand positioning, marketing campaigns and lead generation (Marketing Specialist).
