Medical Sales Representative

About the role

Dream Pharma is seeking a full‑time Medical Sales Representative to join its team in Durres. You will be the face of our fertility‑focused nutritional supplements, building relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and clinics to drive product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Visit medical practices, pharmacies, and clinics to present product benefits and clinical data.
• Manage a defined sales territory, achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets, and monitor competitor activity.
• Respond to healthcare professional inquiries and provide accurate, evidence‑based information.
• Prepare regular sales reports, update CRM records, and share field feedback with marketing and product development.
• Participate in training sessions, educational events, and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or nutritional supplement sales.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills for building long‑term professional relationships.
• Foundational knowledge of medicine and pharmacy to address clinical questions confidently.
• Bachelor’s degree in a health‑related, scientific, or business discipline is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for territory and pipeline management.
• Competence in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) for reporting and presentations.
