Online Sales Consultant

About the role

An online sales consultant will be the main point of contact for customers through digital channels, offering professional product advice and following the sales process from start to finish. The position is based in Tirana.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer requests via online channels (website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email)
• Advise customers on products such as tiles, sanitary ware, flooring, furniture, kitchens, bedrooms and accessories
• Prepare offers and follow orders until completion
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Work with the marketing team and showroom to improve online conversion
• Report results and suggest process improvements

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales or customer consulting (online experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Good knowledge of digital platforms and online communication tools
• Results-oriented and able to work in a team
• Good Albanian and English
• University degree in marketing, business or a related field preferred
