QA/QC Engineer

About the role

The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for monitoring and controlling the implementation of quality requirements on construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, standards and company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with the quality management system procedures and requirements.
• Follow the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), conduct site inspections and verify conformity with drawings, technical specifications and applicable standards.
• Verify technical documentation of materials, including certificates, conformity declarations and test reports.
• Record deviations, prepare Non‑Conformance Reports (NCR) and manage corrective actions until closure.
• Coordinate external laboratory testing and maintain QA/QC documentation and project quality files.

Required profile

• University degree in Civil Engineering or Materials Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in QA/QC, preferably in construction.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system and relevant construction standards.
• Strong ability to read and interpret project drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• QA/QC procedures and documentation.
• Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Material Inspection Report (MIR) and Work Inspection Report (WIR).
• Non‑Conformance Report (NCR) handling.
• Laboratory testing coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
