Construction Site Engineer (Full-Time, Tirana)

About the role

Texas Development, a modern developer of residential projects combining Italian design, German technology and Anglo-Saxon management practices, is looking for a full-time Construction Site Engineer based in Tirana. The person holding this position is responsible for supervising and coordinating works on site so that projects are delivered in line with technical documentation, contracts, quality standards and current legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the technical and legal documentation of projects
• Inspect works against the implementation project, technical specifications and contractor contracts
• Monitor quality and safety on site
• Plan and coordinate work fronts with contractors and technical teams
• Supervise the application of construction processes and identify and solve technical problems on site
• Ensure deadlines and company standards are met

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience managing or supervising site works
• Good knowledge of Albanian construction legislation, VKMs and technical standards
• Organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities, good communication and teamwork skills
