About the role

The Human Resources Specialist will play a key role in managing the company’s human capital, ensuring recruitment, training, development and employee administration processes are efficient and compliant with labour legislation. The position requires strong communication, organisational abilities and solid knowledge of HR policies.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and select candidates for new positions within the company.
• Draft and publish job advertisements and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain employee files and keep personnel data up‑to‑date.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws.
• Organise training programmes and development initiatives for staff.
• Manage performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Resolve employee issues and mediate workplace conflicts.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance department.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Assist management in decision‑making related to HR matters.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of prior experience in HR.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
• Excellent organisational and managerial abilities.
• Effective communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proficient use of HR software and personnel management platforms.
