Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Transcom is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join its growing TA team in Tirana. You will manage the full recruitment life‑cycle, matching candidates with the right vacancies and contributing to the company’s growth by attracting top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the cluster Talent Acquisition strategy to attract and recruit top talent.
• Identify the best match between candidates and Transcom vacancies through initial selection.
• Coordinate existing and new vacancies, handling the full recruitment life‑cycle.
• Maintain and improve collaboration with temporary staff and recruitment agencies.
• Support improvements in all recruitment steps (search, screen, test, match).
• Drive candidate attraction and experience proactively.
• Work with KPI‑driven performance metrics.
• Communicate and collaborate closely with Operations teams.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in recruitment.
• High‑level proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Fluent English and Italian.
• Strong communication, teamwork and results‑oriented mindset.
