About the role
IKONS is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join its HR team. The role supports the full recruitment cycle, working closely with candidates and hiring managers in a dynamic, international environment. This position offers the chance to develop recruitment skills while contributing to the company's talent acquisition efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Review CVs and conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and Team Leaders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous internship or initial experience in recruitment/HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
