About the role

Agikons sh.p.k., a well‑established construction company with over 30 years of experience, is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to support its growing workforce. The role focuses on maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with labor legislation, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update physical and electronic employee files according to company procedures.
• Prepare, administer and archive individual employment contracts and related documentation.
• Follow legal and administrative procedures for hiring local and foreign staff.
• Coordinate required documentation for foreign employees with relevant institutions and agencies.
• Update the employee database and ensure data accuracy.
• Register employees in compliance with current legislation.
• Track changes in employee status (promotions, transfers, contract changes, terminations) and prepare corresponding paperwork.
• Support performance evaluation, training, and professional development processes administratively.
• Collaborate with other departments on personnel‑related administrative matters.
• Report directly to the HR Director.

Required profile

• University degree in Law, Social Sciences, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and personnel administrative procedures.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Professional ethics, confidentiality and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
