Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Marketing Manager to own and grow the digital presence of one of our brands. If you live and breathe social media, can turn ideas into scroll‑stopping content, and understand the difference between simple posts and a strategic approach, we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand the brand’s social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Plan the editorial calendar and produce high‑performing content.
• Create copy, concepts and hooks that generate genuine engagement.
• Monitor metrics and optimise campaigns based on data, not guesswork.
• Collaborate with the creative team on photo and video production.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media for brands.
• A portfolio that demonstrates measurable results, not just activity.
• Strong written Albanian and English skills.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and current trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite (including planning and analytics).
