About the role
The ESG & Communication Officer will support the development and implementation of the company's ESG strategy in line with Group guidelines. The role coordinates ESG initiatives across departments and manages stakeholder relations in a structured, interactive manner.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, implement and coordinate ESG and stakeholder communication activities, including press releases, fact sheets and integrated reports.
- Organise meetings, events and community outreach, maintaining relationships with local communities, NGOs, academic institutions and civil society.
- Maintain ESG data in corporate databases and social media platforms.
- Prepare the annual ESG plan, monitor its execution and report progress to the ESG Committee.
- Represent the company at local and international events to promote a positive public image.
Required profile
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Fluency in Albanian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
