Digital Content Creator

About the role

Avantgard shpk is looking for a creative Digital Content Creator to join its marketing team in Tirana. The role combines content production for social media with the development and management of marketing ideas and concepts, turning each idea into tailored creative assets for the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for posts, Reels, Stories, videos, campaigns and marketing activations.
• Create and edit visual content for social media platforms.
• Propose and develop new marketing concepts for product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Plan and manage content from idea generation through publishing.
• Monitor current social‑media trends and formats.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a unified brand communication.

Required profile

• Experience in digital marketing, social media or content creation.
• Strong creative sense and visual awareness.
• Proficiency in creating and editing photos and videos for social media.
• Good command of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or similar tools.
• Ability to develop both content and broader marketing ideas.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of English is considered an advantage.
