Performance Ad Creator (Remote)

About the role

Foxelli is looking for a Performance Ad Creator to turn product insights into compelling video ads for its e‑commerce brands. You will own the concept, script, production and iteration of ads, working closely with the creative lead and media buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Research products and customer feedback to uncover unique selling angles.
• Develop original ad concepts for paid social, especially Meta platforms.
• Write hooks, scripts, on‑screen copy and calls‑to‑action in clear English.
• Produce complete video ads using product footage, creator content and AI‑generated assets, handling editing, voice‑over, captions, sound and pacing.
• Test multiple openings and concepts, review performance metrics with media buyers, and refine ads based on results.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating direct‑response video ads for e‑commerce, from concept to production.
• Ability to translate customer motivations, frustrations or objections into persuasive ad angles and copy.
• Strong video production skills, including editing, pacing, sound design and visual storytelling.
• Practical experience using AI tools for image, video or voice generation and improving weak outputs.
• Performance‑driven mindset, understanding metrics such as watch time, CTR, conversion rate and CPA.
