Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead the planning, creation, and publishing of engaging content across all social platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. This full‑time, on‑site position in Tirana works closely with creative and marketing teams to drive brand presence and community interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily posting schedules and content calendars.
• Monitor performance metrics, respond to community interactions, and optimize content based on data and trends.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on campaign concepts and execution.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, best practices, and emerging social media trends.
• Report on social media performance, propose improvements, and ensure consistent brand presence across channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably within an agency or fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and writing abilities to craft clear, brand‑consistent messages.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work on‑site in Tirana, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
