AI Video Editor (Mid/Senior)

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑level or Senior AI Video Editor to own the creation of paid‑social ads that not only look great but also drive performance. You will work with AI‑generated UGC, avatars, voice‑overs and B‑roll to produce scroll‑stopping content for platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Instagram.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid‑social creatives from brief to final export for Meta, TikTok, Instagram and other platforms.
• Create and direct AI‑generated UGC, selecting characters, environments, voices and visual style for the target audience.
• Build realistic AI talking heads by casting faces, voices and movements.
• Generate organic‑looking AI B‑roll, product demos, animations and motion graphics.
• Prompt, re‑prompt and troubleshoot AI outputs until they meet quality standards.
• Edit short‑form and long‑form performance ads, applying hooks, pacing, sound design and captions to improve retention and conversion.

Required profile

• Strong video‑editing fundamentals with a portfolio that demonstrates them.
• Ability to work independently without constant direction.
• Excellent creative judgment to spot generic avatars, lifeless voices or weak pacing.
• Understanding of performance‑marketing fundamentals such as hooks, retention and conversion.
• High quality standards and willingness to fix or improve any element that does not meet them.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory).
• Adobe After Effects (plus).
• Hands‑on experience with AI image, video and voice generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Runway).
• Familiarity with AI workflow tools such as Higgsfield, Veo or Kling.
• Ability to craft compelling first 1–3 seconds to capture audience attention.
