Marketing Director

About the role

The Marketing Director is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Tirana, Albania. This role is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for Tirana Ring Center | MSA Konstruksion, including brand positioning, campaign planning, and promotional activities for the centre and its tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Plan, launch and oversee marketing and advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage the marketing budget, set KPIs and track performance metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Support sales initiatives and tenant acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, partners and community stakeholders to increase visibility and visitor engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in retail, real‑estate or construction‑related industries.
• Strong leadership, team‑management and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets, set KPIs and interpret marketing data and analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Albanian with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
