Growth Hacker – Drive User Acquisition & Retention

About the role

The Growth Hacker will design and execute experiments to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention for clients and internal projects. This full‑time, on‑site position in Tirana involves analyzing user behavior, spotting growth opportunities, and implementing data‑driven strategies across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run growth experiments, A/B tests, and funnel optimizations.
• Set up, monitor, and analyse web analytics tools to track user behavior.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on data insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align initiatives.
• Create and maintain growth roadmaps, report performance, and iterate campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong skills in growth hacking and conversion optimization.
• Solid web‑analytics experience with tools such as Google Analytics.
• Background in digital marketing strategy and channel management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science or related field (preferred).
