Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead Orion Construction’s online presence, managing social media channels and performance‑marketing campaigns to generate high‑quality leads and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Orion’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, coordinating content creation and maintaining brand consistency.
• Plan, execute and optimise Meta Ads, Google Ads and other lead‑generation campaigns, monitoring KPIs such as CPL, CTR, CPC and conversion rates.
• Prepare regular performance reports, analyse data trends and recommend improvements for campaigns, website and landing pages.
• Monitor competitors’ digital activities, track market trends and identify new channel opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or social media management.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link digital activities to business results.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics 4.
• Content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Use of AI tools for content creation, research and optimisation.
