Senior Full Stack Engineer (PHP & React)

About the role

AlfaDocs is building a cloud‑based platform that simplifies practice management and patient relationships for healthcare providers. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you will lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable backend features while collaborating closely with product, design, and stakeholder teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end development of new features, from concept through deployment, with a focus on security and performance.
• Drive architectural decisions to meet healthcare compliance standards and ensure long‑term system sustainability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business goals into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality standards.
• Contribute to technical road‑mapping, feasibility studies, and resource planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience, including at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Strong background with Symfony, Doctrine ORM, and core Symfony components such as Security and Event Dispatcher.
• Deep understanding of Domain‑Driven Design principles.
• Experience handling sensitive healthcare data and applying security best practices.
• Proven ability to write and maintain unit and integration tests.
