Associate Principal Engineer – .NET Full‑Stack

About the role

We are a fast‑growing digital product engineering firm seeking an Associate Principal Engineer to lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end full‑stack solutions. You will work across cloud, backend and frontend layers, shaping architecture and guiding teams to build scalable, secure, and high‑performing applications.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the technical architecture for .NET Core‑based services and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Design micro‑services, event‑driven and distributed systems, and scalable APIs.
• Lead front‑end architecture using modern frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue and ensure seamless integration with back‑end services.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews, enforce design patterns, coding standards and best practices.
• Drive DevOps initiatives: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure‑as‑code, automated testing and cloud‑native deployments.
• Collaborate with product owners and cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor developers, provide technical guidance and help resolve complex challenges.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.
