Cyber Security Specialist – Information Security & BCM

About the role

The role focuses on defining, updating and enforcing cybersecurity policies in line with legislation and group regulations, while also managing business continuity and disaster recovery processes for the bank in Tirana.

Key responsibilities

• Support the definition and maintenance of cybersecurity policies and ensure compliance with regulations and ESG sustainability framework.
• Assist in acquiring and maintaining information security certifications and promote innovative cybersecurity solutions.
• Evaluate outsourcing requests and monitor external suppliers to guarantee adherence to cybersecurity standards and service level agreements.
• Coordinate the Business Continuity Plan, conduct annual tests, and update related documentation and impact analyses.
• Develop and deliver crisis management exercises, incident communication protocols, and recovery plans.
• Ensure alignment of access authorizations with roles and support business continuity components in projects.

Required profile

• University degree in Information Security, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Preferred certifications in Cybersecurity and/or Business Continuity Management.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in cybersecurity or BCM.
• Strong knowledge of disaster recovery, incident and change management processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and Italian).
• Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure, with solid analytical and documentation skills.
