About the role

The Sales Representative will act as the primary point of contact for Audi customers in Albania, guiding them through the entire purchase journey and ensuring a premium experience that aligns with the brand’s values of innovation, quality, and customer focus.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a premium customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Represent the Audi brand as an ambassador, showcasing progress, innovation, and premium quality.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Proactively generate new leads through showroom activities, events, referrals, and sales strategies.
• Identify customer needs and translate them into personalized vehicle solutions.
• Present Audi models, technologies, accessories, financing options, and additional services clearly.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and personalized test drives.
• Prepare customized offers, negotiate in line with company policies, and coordinate the full sales cycle from first contact to delivery and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and reporting systems.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and share insights with management.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, after‑sales, finance, and credit departments to deliver an integrated customer experience.
