Sales Specialist

About the role

LEA Business Consulting, on behalf of its client, is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to drive B2B sales of Odoo ERP solutions in Albania. The role will involve identifying and qualifying leads, presenting the ERP platform to prospects, managing the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing, and collaborating with the Business Analyst team for post‑sale handover. The specialist will also maintain the CRM pipeline and provide monthly reporting on results and targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify B2B leads in the Albanian market.
• Present Odoo ERP solutions to prospective clients and demonstrate value.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through contract signing.
• Collaborate with the Business Analyst team to ensure smooth post‑sale handover.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate pipeline information.
• Report monthly on sales results, pipeline status, and target achievement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in software, ERP or business services.
• Strong knowledge of the Albanian business market and existing network of contacts.
• Excellent written and spoken Albanian and English communication skills.
• Proven negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Nice‑to‑have experience selling ERP, SaaS or related software solutions.
• Basic understanding of business finance and accounting processes.

Required skills

• CRM proficiency for pipeline management, lead tracking and reporting.
• Knowledge of consultative and solution‑selling methodologies.
• Ability to prepare proposals, quotes and handle basic contracts.
• Comfort with sales and reporting tools such as Excel and dashboards.
• Basic understanding of ERP and business software concepts.
• Lead generation techniques including outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach and email sequencing.
