About the role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Product Manager to join our successful pharmaceutical company’s Albanian branch. The role combines business development, sales planning, market analysis and product launch activities to drive growth of our high‑quality medicines.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, including new products and customers, and strengthen existing relationships.
• Develop and monitor effective market‑response strategies and track competitor activities.
• Design and deliver practical training for new and existing sales staff to prepare them for field work.
• Create and implement the annual sales plan for assigned products together with the sales director.
• Plan, coordinate and execute product‑specific activities, providing regular weekly, monthly and yearly reports to management.
• Lead the market launch of new products, defining marketing and positioning strategies.
• Build and improve relationships with opinion leaders and decision‑makers, and produce promotional and educational materials.
• Organise marketing activities and represent the company at congresses, symposia, seminars and meetings of medical and pharmacy societies.
• Prepare periodic sales effectiveness analyses (monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual, annual) and adjust strategies to increase sales.
• Report on activities and future strategies to senior management and present findings.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry or Economics (Master’s level preferred).
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar product‑manager or sales role within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Fluent English and proficient computer skills.
• Strong organizational, communication and presentation abilities, analytical mindset and willingness to work in the field.
• Valid category B driving licence.
