About the role

The B2B Sales Agent will work full‑time on‑site in Tirana, engaging directly with businesses to promote the BIC.al platform and its services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential client companies and conduct outreach via calls, meetings, and online communication.
• Present the benefits of joining and actively using the BIC.al platform.
• Manage a sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and prepare proposals or presentations.
• Support businesses in setting up and optimizing their profiles on the platform.
• Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and expanding the network across Albania, Kosovo, and the region.

Required profile

• Strong B2B sales and client relationship skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and Albanian; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Comfort with digital platforms, online networking tools, and basic CRM or sales tracking systems.
• Ability to understand business needs, provide consultative support, and tailor solutions to different industries.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer‑facing roles, preferably in B2B or digital services.
• Knowledge of the Albanian and regional business environment and interest in networking and partnership development.
• Relevant education in business, marketing, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
