Sales Agent / Sales Representative (B2B)

About the role

The Sales Agent / Sales Representative (B2B) will work full‑time on‑site in Tirana, promoting Business International Connect’s platform to potential corporate clients. You will manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and ensure successful onboarding of new partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential business clients and build a robust pipeline of leads.
• Conduct meetings, product demonstrations and prepare tailored proposals.
• Close deals and guide clients through the onboarding process.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients, gather feedback and support retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
• Report on sales performance, market trends and contribute to growth strategies.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of prospecting, qualifying and closing deals.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, able to explain digital platform benefits persuasively.
• Customer relationship management experience, including follow‑up and long‑term client retention.
• Basic familiarity with online platforms, digital tools and business networking concepts.
• Results‑oriented mindset with solid negotiation skills and a focus on meeting sales targets.
• Ability to work on‑site in Tirana, manage time effectively and operate both independently and within a team.
• Fluency in Albanian and good command of English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Preferably experience in SaaS, digital services or business networking platforms and a post‑secondary education in Business, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
