People Director Albania

About the role

Flutter, a leading global iGaming group, is seeking a People Director for its Albanian operations. Reporting to the General Manager, you will shape and execute the local HR strategy while ensuring a safe, modern workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the HR and General Services function as part of the leadership team.
• Translate Flutter’s group people strategy into the Albanian context, collaborating with corporate HR centres in Italy.
• Own the full HR cycle: workforce planning, budgeting, talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & development, performance management, compensation, disciplinary actions, labor litigation, union relations and external partnerships.
• Oversee General Services and Health, Safety & Environment to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Manage the Communication team to ensure consistent internal and external messaging.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in international, structured environments and start‑up settings.
• Strong leadership, change‑agent mindset and ability to act as a role model.
• Degree in Economics or Humanities.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Proficient with Human Capital Management software.
• High ethical standards, proactive, flexible, innovative and results‑driven.
• Effective coach, mentor and team player who fosters collaboration.
