About the role

Agikons sh.p.k, a 30‑year‑old construction firm, is looking for a Sales Manager to drive the sale of its newly built real‑estate projects. The role combines market analysis, client relationship management and end‑to‑end sales execution.

Key responsibilities

• Gather field information to set monthly sales targets for company projects.
• Identify business development opportunities by analysing client needs, market size, competitor activity and consumer trends.
• Develop and implement sales plans to meet the company’s business‑development quotas.
• Provide input on pricing policies and create tailored offers for each project.
• Organise and manage the entire sales process, coordinating with other departments as required.
• Identify potential clients, present project portfolios and customise proposals to match client requirements.
• Negotiate product specifications, transaction terms and financing options, then draft and finalise contracts.
• Collaborate with marketing to support promotional activities and suggest improvement ideas.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of assigned projects and report daily to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales or business‑development role.
• Strong knowledge of basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in creating and executing marketing or advertising strategies.
• Reliable, team‑oriented and capable of making decisions.
