International Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for an International Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of Zhejiang Boduo Holding Group’s beverage ingredient portfolio across global markets. The role involves identifying new opportunities, building relationships with distributors and beverage brands, and collaborating closely with our headquarters in China.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in your local and neighboring markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, restaurant groups, beverage manufacturers, and tea/coffee chains.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Introduce product solutions and negotiate commercial agreements with prospective clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and provide ongoing account management.
• Prepare sales reports, business correspondence, and market feedback.
• Coordinate with headquarters in China to ensure efficient communication and project execution.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and the local language of your market.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Passion for sales and business development.
• Interest in the food & beverage, tea, coffee or ingredient industry.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage; recent graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
