About the role

Airblock Albania is expanding its team and seeks a Sales Engineer – Technical Consultant to develop relationships with industrial customers. The role focuses on on‑site activities, technical visits and providing tailored solutions that combine engineering expertise with commercial insight.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site visits and meetings with existing and potential customers.
• Identify and analyse customers' technical needs and applications.
• Propose complete technical and commercial solutions for each project.
• Provide consulting and technical support throughout the sales process.
• Prepare, present and follow‑up offers, negotiate and close agreements.
• Develop and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Identify new customers, projects and collaboration opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to achieve project goals.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in technical sales, industry, maintenance or automation.
• Ability to understand and analyse customers' technical requirements.
• Willingness to work on‑site with frequent client visits.
• Valid driving licence (Category B).
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP systems (Airblock uses BilanceWeb).
