Sales Account Manager

About the role

United Transport SHPK, operating under the Albanian Courier brand, is seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive commercial growth. The role involves managing existing client relationships and generating new business opportunities across domestic and international courier services.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets in line with departmental goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Present and promote postal, courier, and logistics services tailored to client needs.
• Prepare commercial offers, negotiate terms, and close contracts.
• Continuously identify opportunities for business expansion and monitor market trends.
• Coordinate with operational departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development or client‑facing roles.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational abilities.
• Motivation to work under pressure and achieve objectives.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
