Sales Executive – Pharmaceutical Sector

About the role

Our client, a company operating in the pharmaceutical sector, is seeking a motivated and results‑oriented Sales Executive to join its commercial team. The role is field‑based, requiring regular visits to clients and prospects throughout Tirana and other regions of Albania, with a focus on promoting pharmaceutical products and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and present the company’s pharmaceutical products to existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct regular sales visits across Tirana and other regions of Albania.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders.
• Identify new clients and business development opportunities.
• Achieve established sales targets and commercial objectives.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Prepare regular reports on client visits, sales activities and market feedback.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales or client‑facing commercial roles (pharmaceutical, FMCG or similar) is an asset.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and travel regularly across Albania.
