Marketing Specialist

About the role

Klar Sh.P.K, a leading construction firm, is seeking a creative and results‑driven Marketing Specialist to boost brand awareness and generate qualified leads. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design, launch, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, events, print, etc.).
• Conduct market research, analyse consumer behaviour, trends and competitor activity.
• Manage and optimise content across websites, blogs, social media platforms and email newsletters.
• Support paid advertising initiatives, including Google Ads and social media ads.
• Collaborate with design, content and product teams to create promotional materials.
• Coordinate logistics for events, webinars and trade shows.
• Stay up‑to‑date with marketing trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, either agency or in‑house.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to problem‑solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational abilities.
