About the role
Antal International is expanding its footprint in Albania and seeks an ambitious professional to launch and lead a new office under its globally recognised brand. As Managing Partner you will be responsible for establishing the business, building a client base and delivering recruitment solutions to international customers.
Required profile
- 5–10+ years of corporate experience in a managerial or specialist role.
- Entrepreneurial drive with a full‑time commitment to building your own business.
- Strong networking and communication skills to build relationships.
- Ambitious mindset focused on growth and long‑term success.
