Junior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Transcom is looking for a motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to join its growing TA team in Tirana. You will play a key part in attracting, assessing and hiring top talent for the company while gaining hands‑on experience in full‑cycle recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the overall Talent Acquisition strategy to source and recruit high‑quality candidates.
• Match candidates with Transcom’s needs across various functions.
• Manage the complete recruitment life‑cycle for both existing and new vacancies.
• Proactively drive candidate attraction initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Work against KPI‑driven performance targets.
• Collaborate closely with operational stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Relevant training or work experience in recruitment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Result‑oriented with a focus on quality.
