About the role
CapsLock is seeking a creative and results‑oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen its HR team. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to understand needs, crafting strategies, and securing top talent for IT, marketing and sales roles.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for searching and hiring qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with the Sourcing team to expand channel options.
- Conduct interviews and provide qualitative skill assessments.
- Partner with hiring managers to select the best fit for each role.
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities.
- Work with other departments on new ideas and process improvements.
- Leverage AI‑powered tools to optimize recruitment processes and output quality.
Required profile
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including IT and marketing/sales openings.
- Proven track record closing C‑level positions.
- Global recruitment experience focused on Europe; US market experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
