Junior Sales Representative

About the role

Bulls Vision Group is seeking an enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative to join its affiliate marketing team in Tirana. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in publisher acquisition, outreach, and onboarding, providing a solid foundation for a career in sales and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential publishers such as blogs, coupon sites, influencers, cashback platforms, and comparison sites.
• Verify contact details using research tools and internal databases.
• Maintain and update publisher records in CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and internal tools.
• Draft and send structured outreach emails to prospective partners.
• Follow up on leads, track communication progress, and support the onboarding process.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Business Development teams.
• Execute daily tasks aligned with defined KPIs.

Required profile

• Good command of English, especially written communication.
• Basic to intermediate computer proficiency, including Excel and email platforms.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a process‑oriented mindset.
• Reliable work ethic, consistency, and willingness to learn.
• No prior professional experience required; full training will be provided.
