Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Development Representative to support the Encore Affiliates project. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in affiliate marketing, sales outreach, and partner onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential publishers such as blogs, coupon sites, influencers, cashback platforms, and comparison sites.
• Verify contact details using research tools and internal databases.
• Maintain and update publisher records in CRM systems, primarily Pipedrive.
• Craft and send structured outreach emails to prospective partners.
• Follow up on leads, track communication progress, and support the onboarding of new publishers.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Business Development teams to meet daily KPIs.

Required profile

• Strong written and reading English proficiency.
• Basic to intermediate computer literacy, especially with Excel and email platforms.
• High attention to detail, organized, and process‑oriented.
• Reliable work ethic, consistent performance, and eagerness to learn.
• No prior professional experience required; full training will be provided.
