Junior Account Manager – Affiliate Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Manager to join our affiliate marketing team. You will work in a fast‑paced, international iGaming environment, building and optimising relationships with affiliate partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong relationships with existing affiliate partners.
• Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliates focused on performance, quality traffic and ROI.
• Monitor and analyse affiliate performance to uncover growth and optimisation opportunities.
• Support planning and execution of affiliate promotions, campaigns and commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and analytics teams to improve conversion, retention and overall affiliate results.
• Maintain regular communication with partners and ensure effective follow‑up on opportunities.
• Ensure affiliate activities comply with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements to increase profitability.
• Stay up‑to‑date with affiliate marketing trends, competitor activity and iGaming developments.

Required profile

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
• Ambitious, proactive, self‑motivated and results‑driven.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Problem‑solving orientation and willingness to learn.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
