About the role
Prime B2B Solutions is a tech‑first B2B travel platform seeking a remote IATA‑accredited Travel Agent. You will support agencies, tour operators and business travel managers by handling multi‑service bookings across hotels, flights, transfers, car rentals, cruises and activities.
Key responsibilities
- Process and manage multi‑service bookings for B2B partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Compare supplier options to secure the best rates and build complete itineraries.
- Handle changes, resolve booking issues and provide clear, fast communication with partners.
Required profile
- IATA accreditation or completion of IATA‑certified training.
- Proven experience with reservations for hotels, flights or ground transport.
- Familiarity with B2B booking systems, GDS or API platforms is a strong plus.
- Detail‑oriented, organized and comfortable working remotely.
