Warehouse Operator (Magazinier/e)

About the role

The company is looking for a Warehouse Operator to manage and maintain inventory, ensure proper handling of goods and support internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Control and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Receive, verify and record incoming goods, materials and equipment.
• Organise, store and safeguard materials according to company procedures.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Distribute materials to departments based on requests and authorisations.
• Collaborate with finance and other departments to align physical stock with system entries.
• Monitor supply needs and report shortages, damages or irregularities.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and safety of the warehouse environment.

Required profile

• Higher education diploma in Economics (preferred).
• At least 5 years of relevant warehouse experience (preferred).
• Experience in identifying and managing spare parts for heavy machinery.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and control.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision).
